The United Systems Mechanical construction crews are headed up by Journeyman level foreman with years of experience working in all types of construction environments. They are able to take on a new construction project, working with all trades to coordinate a successful project that finishes on time and in budget. They are equally able to take on both small and large tenant improvement projects in both occupied and unoccupied spaces, meeting tenant requirements for cleanliness, safety and professionalism.
All projects are overseen by a project manager with years of experience in the HVAC construction environment. The project manager's job is to ensure the project is done right from start to finish and act as a liaison between ourselves and the various trades. This gives you a one-point access to all of our services on the job from sales to engineering to construction
